Happy Tuesday, all!When you look at this, what do you see?
This is what I see....pure potential. This, my friends, is about 25 canning jars full of plum jam. I LOVE plum jam, both the making of it and the consumption of it. The perfect blend of tart and sweet and the color is amazing. Summer on a spoon.
Yes, the plums are still green now, but soon they will be the perfect purple red. Bliss!
This, of course, is the sister to the plum jam. Strawberry. Yummmmmmmm.
I think I'll leave on a high note.
