Almost done!

She finally decided to have white hair.

Gold was another possibility, but I feel this was the way to go.

The texture on the gold wasn't as curly.

How do you choose your dolls' hair?
Thanks for stopping in.
Until next time, happy wigging!

  1. She is so beautiful. The white hair is perfect. I choose the hair on my dolls by interviewing the colors for as long as it takes to decide. By interviewing I mean I sit the wad of hair on the head and stare at it until I decide which color will work.

  2. Dear Theresa, I want to thank you personally for the most beautiful ornament I received from Vivian's swap. What artist you all are! I have so much to learn and so far to go. The opportunity to learn from all of you will always be treasured by me. On my Flickr photostream, Creatively Breathing, I have shared the cutest ever photograph of your little Putz house. Thank you again, and happy holidays! Elizabeth

  3. She is super cute!
I choose hair... sometimes immediately, sometimes I just can't decide what will look best - even just color can change the way a doll looks... fascinating.
As for you, you make me chuckle... Abi of the Porkers... LOL

  5. She looks wonderful and I love the white hair! I can't wait to see her finished.

When picking out the right color of hair for my dolls I end up holding each color up to the dolls face. Usually by doing that I figure out what color the of hair the doll wants. :)
